INSET development

Our In-Service Education and Training for Teachers service offers sessions on a range of topics to support staff development. These can be twilight, half-day or whole day packages and are designed following a meeting to discuss your particular school's needs.

Although many of our sessions are bespoke, we also have some popular 'off-the-shelf' sessions:

• Motivation: Finding individual motivation styles within teams - and using this productively to move the school forward, and promote maximum personal effectiveness

• Time Management: Prioritising, avoiding procrastination and how to be more productive

• Stress Management: Managing stress and creating a better work-life balance

• Developing Confidence and Assertiveness: Dealing effectively with difficult situations / interactions (with peers, pupils, parents)
  

• NEW! Coaching Skills Training: Training in essential coaching skills to improve staff interactions and relationships, including during performance management sessions. Extend the training to maximise interactions with pupils and help them achieve their targets faster. Find out more here
