Our school leadership training and coaching options
'Pay-as-you-go' Option
These 'one-off' sessions are designed for 2 main purposes:
- to help with issues that need to be addressed straight away. They are short-term issues that can be addressed through these highly focused sessions.
- as top-up sessions that help to maintain progress. They can also be used to address small, short-term development targets or issues.
Termly packages
Choose from 1, 2 or 3-term packages depending on the number of areas you want to focus on (from 1-2 goal areas to 3 or more goal areas which focus on longer-term progress and consolidation of development areas).
These packages are ideal for heads wanting to focus on improving personal and school effectiveness.
SLT support & Preparing for Headship
Aimed at deputies, assistant heads and senior leadership team staff. This helps all SLT staff to be effective leaders, as well as preparing for that important next step.

Devised to keep costs down, and as an alternative to working purely on a 1-1 basis, this service combines the benefits of a working as a group, which supports and challenges each other, with leadership skills input.
- Choose from a range of themes including; "Dealing with disaffected staff" and "How to keep all the plates spinning"
- Small groups - to maximise time for individual members to share their issues and successes
- Half-termly sessions with individual coaching between - to ensure you make the changes you want for yourself and your school
