Strategic Development Groups
Are you a leader who values quality time to reflect on your own practice, whilst also enjoying the benefits that come with sharing ideas and solutions with other leaders?
Are you interested in 1-1 leadership coaching, can see its benefits, but have a tight budget?
Then these groups could be just what you’re looking for.
I’ve enjoyed creating and working with these leadership groups for the last 5 years, combining my facilitation and coaching skills with tools such as MTQ48, and my own experience of learning, developing and growing as a leader.
Who are these groups for?
Most suitable for:
Existing leadership groups or
Leaders at a similar level across an organization or
Leaders with a similar role in different organisations
Valuable thinking and reflection time
A positive and solution-focused group ethos
Greater personal satisfaction from your role
A supportive network with opportunities to discuss issues in confidence
Training, facilitation and group coaching from a specialist leadership coach, with a focus on maximizing individual outcomes
Small groups (6 – 10) providing more opportunity for individual attention
Topics that other groups have worked on include:
- Managing difficult conversations
- Keeping stress levels under control
- Tools and strategies for boosting wellbeing
- How to motivate disaffected team members
- Increasing leadership styles for different situations / people
Previous groups have also benefited from turning one of these sessions into a longer residential event. If this interests you, contact Debbie for more information.
How it works
Sessions can take place at your organization, although they work best when held at a different venue, as you’re less distracted and can think more creatively.
Session frequency is decided by each group, but regular meetings helps build momentum and encourages achievable outcomes. This is something that can be discussed during an initial contact call or email.
Investment for these sessions depends on group size, location and venue.
